• The Seven (Dwarves): Will intact, but greed amplified. They hoard code without end, until it draws the dragon (the outage).
• The Three (Elves): Deliberating on architecture (Vilya, wisdom), stripping away tech debt (Nenya, cleansing), and generating the tedious boilerplate and tests (Narya, inspiration). The moment the AI starts to hallucinate or touches the core, the Elves immediately take off the ring.
